When we agree to take on a client with a potential or existing lawsuit, we only do so because we strongly believe in their claims. Oftentimes, it’s in everyone’s best interest to avoid litigation and in those circumstances, we attempt to resolve the case amicably. When that’s not possible, we will aggressively pursue our clients’ claims through trial and, if necessary, any appeals.
We strongly believe that in addition to advocating for our clients, we have an ongoing responsibility to counsel them and a business obligation to provide unparalleled customer service. We are committed to making ourselves available to our clients as much as necessary. We return all calls and correspondence within one day and, if necessary due to your work schedule, we are willing to meet outside traditional business hours.
